| Notes: | This is the Southampton '73 production that has generally been floating around, but upon listening I noticed that the volume was quite low. It was low enough that I stopped with disc 1 and decided to at least boost the gain (ultimately by 12.7 dB). I decided to look at the speed as well and noticed that the show was running too slow. This was corrected so that all files except The Story of Henry and Cynthia are now A4 = 440. In the case of that I file, I changed it at the exact speed rate that The Musical Box was changed to so they would match. I don't think these changes make an improvement so large that it is one of the top shows from this tour, but I think a gain boost and a speed correction make it slightly more enjoyable as a listen and it can be easier to assess the performance accurately when running at the correct speed. I also combined the indices the stories were on the The Battle of Epping Forest and Supper's Ready to make speed correction a bit easier. Converts to 2 audio discs (TRT 1:37:34) | |||||
