-Notes on the recording-
Cheap little stealth mics clipped inside my shirt collar
into a Sony D-6  --  beginning thru Every Little Light on a
Maxell MX-110 and Heaven's Door thru the end on a
Maxell XLII-90.
Tape flips after The Winners and Every Little Light.
Pop @ 3:21 in Fever is the opening blast of the weekly
fireworks show outside on the beach.
(Every Wednesday at 9:30 - they still do it).
Disc 2 track 8 - the soundboard feed on the SBD here
at the Archive was lost during Throwin Stones and they
didn't get it back until the end of Every Little Light. Some
other recording was spliced into that gap but the splice is
rather awkward and mis-timed (no knock on Chris, he did
a magnificent job on that transfer) so I downloaded the flacs
of those two songs from the SBD and spliced in that gap
from my tape, only this time with proper cross-fades at
both ends. Just so it's a little better for those listening to the
SBD. I left the whole thing (including the encore break) as
one long 16-minute track just because.

-Random notes-
This place is much wider than it is deep. I was pretty much
dead center at the back of the main floor with my back up
against the soundboard riser.
Quite a bit of noise from loud people near me.
When the Heaven's Door chant ended it looked like that
was it so I stopped tape and headed to those side doors
that lead down to the back lot. Well I was halfway there
when the NFA chant started up so I plugged my mics back
in and hit record. I don't think I missed recording more than
30 seconds of the beginning of the NFA chant.
What this recording has that the soundboard doesn't have is
the HD chant, the NFA chant, and of course, a couple thousand
screaming, mourning, celebrating, Loving Deadheads.
                                 **Peace Out**
