Update: Kevin Shapiro stated (in personal communication to Mike Wren) that "shows represented on live compilations such as A Live One and Slip, Stitch and Pass are not prohibited as we did not release the whole shows." I have now removed 3/1/97 (the SSP show) from the "noetreeph" page I linked above. It's etradable after all!
