This was my 82nd show, and this one will become a legendary show. Both Vegas shows were filled with pure jamming, but this one takes the cake....A killer Bowie to open, much tighter than the nye version, and the same went for guyute...with Round Room, they found a good jam, unlike the Hampton version that really was not jammed out at all, at some point they'll find a really hot jam in Round Room, this wasn't that, but they're working on it...GOLDEN LADY, a Stevie Wonder song, only the 2nd time played (other than soundchecks)...I was actually at the Mahaffey theatre on 10/20/94, I may be the only phan that actually witnessed both Golden Ladys...this one was better, 8 1/2 years will do that to a song...it was fun watching how no one knew what song they were playing, it was a truely special treat that most didn't realize...poor heart warmed us up for P+M, which still isn't as good as it is with horns, but most phish phans turned there backs on Trey tour and are unaware of those versions... set2: A rocking DWD, the place was groovin...nice move into 7 below, and the back into DWD...with ABM, it seemed like they were giving us dancers a break...and then it was time for "The Best Piper Ever"....I love Piper, and this was the best one by far, they found a funky jam that some people thought was another song it was so tight...I was at Big Cypress, RCMH, Shoreline, Vegas Halloween, MSG....and I've been at or heard ALL of the othe Pipers, and this is by far the Best Piper Ever!!!!....The Reprises of DWD is something every true phan wishes for and lives for...and the Makisupa was just to let us know how special the show was...the down part of this show would be the Character 0 & then Friday Encore, very anticlimactic...but that's Phish, they've got to leave you wanting MORE!!!!! --Sandman

I've never been that close @ a Phish show. there were about 5 people in front of me. I love Makisupa and Pebbles and Marbles was so much better live than on disc. The Friday encore was very disappointing, way too mellow to close a high energy set.

Good show, no real surprises expect Golden Lady. Crazy crowd, bigger glowstick war then night before.

Only my second Show But I can Blame That on the haiatus though right! this show was a pretty laid back show in my opinion. they jammed chill songs: Horn, Golden Lady, Pebbles and Marbles, Anything But Me was my personal favorite because I had not heard any of the round room album before this show so it was a good introduction to these kick ass tunes. it was great to welcome PHish Back!!
