Notes: After a little rambling I'm pretty sure to state that this performance, often attributed to the 21st (with the additions of some tracks from the 20th to fill the missing song), in fact comes entirely from the first night. Luis Rey probably led the most of us in that direction and some bootleg labels also did it (Digger production, SIRA, Tarantura and Cobra Standard for example). The supposed alt source is nothing than a worst sounding portion (76') of the known source. So, this is the 20th January show in its entirety with the original song order. 2nd Gen Cassette>PC>CDr2 (2003 transfer) EAC(secure m./read offset corr.)>WAV>FLAC(verify/test/level7) Good to very good AUD recording. Raw unaltered tape transfer. Note: If you have already SIRA's "Live On The Levee" and all the other bootlegs generated from it, this is the former source tape though I don't know which generation the bootleg companies used to realise their issues. The source I'm torrenting has the announcer intro that is missing on bootlegs releases. dadgad

Notes: This was the third and final night in the Windy City at the old Chicago stadium on the 1975 US tour. The whole show has surfaced and is a good show with a good version of The Wanton Song (and at this point in their career a rarely played) How many More Times. For this 3rd night in Chicago they had dropped the rarely played When the Levee Breaks.

Notes: You know all that stuff about this being the 21st with parts of the 20th used to fill in the gaps? Thats bullshit. Here, I present to you, the great, the unadulterated, the unaltered January 20, 1975. Enjoy. I believe I have Live at the Levee as well as this untitled, no label source.
