Notes: Surprisingly decent audio for a VU show. Vocals are a smidgen buried, but since it's Lou Reed, you never know if the sound guy had instructions to lower them. A couple of fade-outs/ins between tracks.

Notes: Boot title:Live at End Of Cole Ave. Source: silver CDs (ltd. ed. #0537)->EAC (secure mode)->FLAC Originally a limited numbered edition, packaged in a violet velvet pouch. Reissued in 1994 without number. There is also a 1994 reissue, Aulica Deluxe 9430.22, limited numbered edition in Chinese silk box without photos or liner notes but with different pictures on the disc. Small club recording with excellent sound quality - part of this set was used for the official 1969 Live album. Definitely another must-have. *NOT FOR TORRENT*

Notes: One of the most widely-known of the Velvet Underground bootlegs. The VU did 2 shows at the End of Cole Ave on this tour. This recording, from the second night, is soundboard (the person recording had the band's permission to add his mikes to the stage mike stands). Four tracks from these two End Cole Ave shows have bene officially released on 1969 Live. The bulk of 1969 Live is the San Francisco performances. This recording is unknown generations away from the original bootleg released in Italy in 1991. No pops and dropouts.
