Notes: Its sounds close to SBD, but it also sounds really old, perhaps taken from tape. Its unlistenable, but not my best Wilco show.

I have no idea where I picked this up, or for that matter if it has been circulated. Yes, this is a SBD, but don't expect a whole lot in the way of fidelity. The mix is bad and there's a ton of amp buzz. All the same, how much fuss can be made when it's an actual recording of the first Wilco gig ever! Matt Cowgill (3/0) / 0 A B- View
Notes: Their first show! Really energetic and exciting show, as it's their first show as Wilco as opposed to Uncle Tupelo. The recording levels are a bit dodgy at first (vocals really prominent, everything else distant) but gets better. It opens halfway through I Must Be High (all copies seem to do this).

This was Wilco's first ever show. This is missing about 5 or 6 songs that were played, presumably to fit on one CD. Source is soundboard. Sounds a little thin and there's a buzzing between songs, but that occured in the venue, not a result of the taping. Certainly not a bad recording, but more cool for its historical value.
