Notes: 128:25 min (Source 3) The worse quality of the 3 sources. The Intro, Stairway and Moby Dick are the only important parts of this source. The quality gets gradually worse. Degrades with wind noise and tape speed issues. I speed corrected Moby Dick down to 40,550 Hz. i left Stairway alone, it changes speeds several times.

Notes: some of you have probably noticed that the beelzebub label is announcing a new, third source for Pittsburgh July 24, 1973. Well, I bought this source years ago & admit to hoarding it for rare trades, looks like one of my recipients has sent this to the bootleggers, so I am now offering the "original" 2nd gen tape>CDR of source 3. I'd like this spread out fast & perhaps cut into beelzebub's sales

Notes: Good Audience Recording. "Hello Pittsburgh". Rock and Roll seems to be recorded slow. During Black Dog, there is some annonying audience interaction. There are a couple cuts during "No Quarter". One occurs at the 8:10 minute mark. Another occurs at the 12:13 mark which abruptly ends the song. There is a cut in "Dazed and Confused" at the 8:46 minute mark. There is another cut at the 24:59 minute mark as the show switches to a more muffled source. It switches back to the better source at the 28:39 minute mark without a cut. There is another cut at the 33:17 minute mark after the song has finished. There is a cut in "Heartbreaker" at the 3:09 minute mark.
Joel Means (2/5) SHN / 3 View   AUD > Cass/2 > CDR/1 > EAC > FLAC
Notes: Two different audience sources, not mixed together, but separate. - AUD > Cass/2 > CDR/1 > EAC > FLAC
Chris Christie (2/5) CDR / 2 View   AUD
Notes: No trades. Digi errors during Rain Song. This is a rather meaningless recording.

Notes: Discs 1 and 2 are from the primary longer source, and source 2 is on the third disc. Saved the original info that was passed to me by the person who transfered it (same person who sent me the discs). These are the seed discs for the Alternative Tapes tree on FBO. Dazed... Thats all I have to say. This is what I believe to be the best version of Dazed and Confused that I've heard in a long time.
