Notes: "Blues With the King". According to Geetarz: The "Best" of the various Bootleg Releases, Made better by the Guest Appearance of B.B. King on "Every Day I Have the Blues". Also includes a track with Buddy Guy and Junior Wells from the Palais Des Sports, Paris, France, on Sept. 22, 1970 ["It's My Life Baby"]. VG+ Sound for Audience Recording & Great Performance.
Edgar H (4/5) / 2 View   "G" (Mid Valley - MVR-113-2)
Notes: Geetarz Comments: As usual, Mid Valley takes aim and knocks the ball out of the park with another stunning remaster that leaves all previous releases in the dust. An audience recording but very listenable, probably the most so of any of the Dominos' audience recordings. But the real treat here is in the jam at the end with B.B. King, on "Every Day I Have the Blues", which is wonderfully rearranged with a punchy R&B type feel.
Edgar H (4/5) / 2 View   "Reverse G" (Mid Valley 192/193)
Notes: An upgrade over Mid Valley's previous release.

Notes: unknown different lineage commercial bootleg CD's from the same original master recording > FLAC files > xACT decompression > Pro Tools (minor "nip and tuck" edits, normalization & retracking) > AIFF > xACT (FLAC level 8 files with sector boundaries verified). md5 file created with checkSUM+. Besides combining the 2 sources, many level fluctuations and dropouts were eliminated seamlessly. All adjustments were done manually in Pro Tools - No EQ or noise reduction. There are still places where the sound quality varies some because of microphone placement changes. In any case this is very good to excellent audience sound quality (especially for a 1970 recording).
